A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required to confirm your order.

Can I visit the studio?

Our studio is based at Siglap Centre. We operate primarily as a home-based studio and do not have walk-in retail hours. All orders are placed online and collected by appointment or delivered. To arrange a pickup, WhatsApp us at +65 8793 9366.

Do you cater for allergies?

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens. Please inform us of any severe allergies when ordering so we can advise accordingly.

How should I store my baked goods?

Cakes and chilled desserts should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days. Cookies and tarts are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoyed within 5 days. Bread is freshest on the day of baking.

Are your products halal-certified?

Hipsterbakes is a Muslim-owned business. We operate a halal kitchen and use halal-certified ingredients. We are working towards official halal certification.

Can I customise the flavour or design of a cake?

Absolutely. For custom orders, please use our 'Customize a Cake' page to submit your request. Include the occasion, preferred flavour, colour palette, and any reference images.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer island-wide delivery in Singapore. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How far in advance do I need to order?

For standard cakes and cookies, we recommend placing orders at least 3–4 days in advance. Custom cakes require a minimum of 5–7 days. For peak periods (Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.), we recommend ordering 2 weeks ahead.
